A lovely complete working thumb-latch set for an exterior door by Yale, dating from the 1920s, and salvaged from a home in Indianapolis, IN. The door hardware set consists of a large exterior handle with an octagonal thumb latch, a sparkling fluted glass door knob, rosette, thumb turn, and a lock cylinder escutcheon. The handle measures 7-3/8” tall, 2-1/8” wide, with a 2-1/8″ projection. The glass doorknob measures 2-1/4″ in diameter and projects 2-3/8″; its rosette measures 2-1/8″ in diameter. The mortise faceplate measures 8″ tall by 1″ wide and the body is 5-3/4″ tall by 3-5/8″ wide with a 2-3/4″ back set.
