A stunning complete working thumb-latch set for an exterior door, dating from the 1920’s or 1930’s. This door hardware set consists of a large exterior handle with a thumb latch, an interior glass knob and rosette, thumb turn, lock cylinder escutcheon, and mortise lock. The simplicity of this set lends it to work with a variety of styles, and it is in very good antique condition. The handle measures 12” tall, 2-3/4” wide with a 2-7/8″ projection and the interior knob is 2-1/8″ in diameter with a 2-1/4″ projection, and the rosette is 2” diameter. The mortise faceplate measures 7-5/8″ tall by 1-1/8″ wide and the body is 5-1/4″ tall by 3-1/2″ deep with a 2-1/2″ backset.
