A beautiful antique inverted dome chandelier with its original glass shade. Dating from the 1920’s, the chandelier begins with a decorative canopy with three hooks. A chain descends from each hook to support the bowl-shaped shade; each chain fastening to the shade with a petite rosette. The domed shade is crowned with a thick border of egg and leaf detailing and its bottom is ornamented with a design of stylized urns swagged with bellflowers. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the edge. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The shade is 15-3/4” in diameter, 8” tall and the fixture is approx. 24” long overall.
