Description
A charming antique cast iron chandelier, dating from the 1930’s and found in a home in Asheville, NC. The chandelier begins with a decorative canopy, coming down in chain to a loop finial below. The finial perches above the petite chandelier body; the underside of which is ornamented with a curvilinear design adorned with stylized petals and leaves. Two downward facing bobeches affix to the bottom of the chandelier body, each holding an exposed bulb. This light fixture is in excellent condition. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 13-1/2” wide, 4-1/2” tall (without the bulbs), and 23-1/2” long overall.
