Description
A splendid antique five-tiered chandelier in its original silver plate over brass finish, dating c. 1910 and found in a home in Atlanta, Georgia. This three-light “wedding cake” chandelier begins with an understated canopy, coming down in chain to a decorative volute loop finial sitting atop a domed platform. Below, the chandelier body is crowned with a floral embellished band; the ring is hung with five tiers of sparkling “icicle” prisms. It finishes at the bottom with a faceted crystal ball. This chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body is approx. 15” wide by 25” tall, and measures 37” long overall.
