Description
A splendid antique five-tiered chandelier in its original silver plate, dating c. 1910 and found in a home in Maryland. This three-light “wedding cake” chandelier begins with an understated canopy, coming down in chain to a volute loop finial sitting atop a petite platform. Below, the chandelier body is crowned with a floral embellished band; the ring is hung with five tiers of sparkling “icicle” prisms. It finishes at the bottom with a smooth crystal ball. This chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body is approx. 15-1/2” wide by 25” tall, and measures 41” long overall.
