Stunning antique pendant lights with unusual iridescent glass shades, signed “Jefferson” and stamped with a patent dating Jan. 16, 1912. Found in a home in Charleston, SC, each fixture begins with an understated brass canopy descending in chord to meet a sleek brass fitter; the fitter supports a remarkable molded glass shade. These light fixtures are in excellent condition; the shades are also in very good condition with the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandeliers have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. They each measure 5″ wide, 9-1/4″ tall, and 36-1/4″ overall.
