Description
A striking pair of antique bronze double-arm sconces, dating from the 1930s and featuring their original polychrome finish. Salvaged from a home in Indianapolis, IN, each sconce begins with a curvy backplate ornamented with a flowing, yet understated design of volutes, foliates, and flowers. Two arms curl upward from the bottom of the backplate to support a coordinating leafy bobeche. Red and green polychrome accents highlight the sconces throughout. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original non-functioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake. Each sconce measures 10″ wide, 13-1/4″ tall, and projects 6-1/4″ from the wall.
