Description
A stunning antique one light gas chandelier attributed to Cornelius and Baker, dating from the 1880s and now converted to electricity. The fixture begins with an understated brass canopy, coming down in a rod to meet the open pendant body below. A curving band forms the pear-shaped body and converges at the bottom to affix to a simple shade holder; the holder supports a gorgeous frosted glass shade. The pendant is in very good antique condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The fixture measures 17-1/4” wide, 7-1/4″ diameter, and is 50-3/4” long overall.
