Stunning antique five-light chandelier with original polychrome detail, dating from the 1920s and found in a home in Charleston, SC. This light fixture begins with an sleek canopy that comes down in a chain to a loop finial and open body adorned with stylized foliates. Five scrolling arms curl out from the body to support downward-facing bobeches; each bobeche is hung with a curtain of sparkling “icicle” prisms. This light fixture is in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 21-3/4″ wide and 24″ tall, and the fixture is 42-3/4″ long overall.
