Description
An enchanting antique Neoclassical five-light silverplate chandelier, dating from the early 1910’s and salvaged out of a home in Charleston, SC. The chandelier begins with an understated canopy that comes down in chain to a large loop finial and decorative urn-shaped body below. Five leafy arms, each hung with a sparkling spear prism, curl out from the body to support elegant coordinating bobeches. The chandelier finishes in a tassel finial suspended below. This chandelier is in good antique condition with slight aging and age spots (pictured). It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 20-3/4″ wide and 16-1/4” tall, and the fixture is 28-1/4” long overall.
