A whimsical antique silverplate Neoclassical five-light chandelier with prisms, dating from the early 1910’s and salvaged out of a home in Charleston, SC. The chandelier begins with an understated canopy that comes down in chain to a tier of petite prisms and a molded glass body below. Five smooth arms curl out from the body to support elegant coordinating hand cut crystal bobeches. This light is in very good antique condition with some aging of the silver plate over brass (pictured); it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 17-1/2″ wide and 19-3/4” tall, and the fixture is 34” long overall.
