A stunning oversized antique Neoclassical pendant light fixture with its original painted glass shade, dating to the early 1900’s. The chandelier features a understated canopy and fitter, and the large shade is ornamented with a beautiful pattern of foliates and anthemia, bordered by delicate stripes above and below. This light fixture is in very good antique condition, and the shade is also in very good condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rim and some bubbles in the glass (pictured). The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The shade is 21” wide, 23” tall (body only), and the overall length is 46”.
