Stunning antique five-light silver plated chandelier, dating from the 1920s and found in a home in Charleston, SC. This light fixture begins with an understated canopy that comes down in a chain to a loop finial below; the finial is perched above a baluster-shaped body from which five scrolling arms curl out to support downward-facing bobeches. Each bobeche is hung with a curtain of sparkling “icicle” prisms. This light fixture is in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 17-1/2″ wide and 16″ tall, and the fixture is 27-1/2″ long overall.
