Description

A rare pair of antique figural three-arm sconces, featuring their original silver plating, and made by and signed “Sheffield, Paul Revere Silver Co, Boston.” Dating from the 1910’s, each convex back plate is surrounded with a border of scrolling foliates and volutes; the sconces are crowned with a motif featuring a rearing lion and unicorn flanking a crown . These exceptional wall lamps are in excellent antique condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Each sconce is 7-3/4” wide, 10” tall, and projects 4-5/8” from the wall.
